Reschedule or cancel a booking

Move or cancel a booked session, and control whether clients can reschedule themselves.

You can reschedule or cancel any booking from the calendar. Changes notify the client automatically.

Reschedule a booking

  1. Open the booking from your Calendar.
  2. Choose Reschedule and pick a new time from your availability.
  3. Confirm. The client gets an updated confirmation.

Cancel a booking

  1. Open the booking from your Calendar.
  2. Choose Cancel. The client is notified automatically.

Note

Canceling a booking frees the slot for someone else right away. If a deposit was paid, handle the refund according to your policy.
