How-to · Video Review & Delivery

Set up a video review room

Share a cut for frame-accurate feedback, track versions, and collect approval in one place.

Updated June 17, 2026

Video review is part of the Creative Suite, the tier for photo and video studios. A review room lets a client comment on exact frames, compare versions, and approve, so feedback stays in one place instead of scattered across emails.

Share a cut for review

  1. Add your cut as a film to the gallery for that project, then open its review panel.
  2. Choose Send for review and share the room link with your client.
  3. Clients click any frame to leave a timestamped comment.

Track versions and approval

  1. Upload a new version when you make changes; earlier versions stay available to compare.
  2. Watch comments resolve as you address them.
  3. Your client chooses Approve when the cut is final.

Tip

Every comment is pinned to a frame, so "fix the shot at 0:42" lands exactly where it belongs.
