Build your Library
Keep the logos, pricing guides, and photos you reuse in one place, and pick them from any proposal, contract, or email.
Updated September 17, 2026
Your Library is one place for the images and files you send clients often — your logo, a pricing guide, photos you reuse — so you upload them once and pick them from any proposal, contract, or email instead of finding the file on your computer each time.
Upload something
- Go to Library and choose Upload, or drag files onto the page.
- Search for a file by name to find it again.
- Move it into a folder to keep things organized, if you like.
Note
The Library is org-wide, not per brand — if you run more than one brand, everything you upload is available to all of them.
Use it in a proposal, contract, or email
Anywhere you can add an image or attach a file — a file's cover header, an image block on a page, an email attachment — choose Choose from Library instead of hunting for the file again. The picker shows the same Library, and you can upload a new file right there if what you need isn't in it yet, so you're never sent away to find it and come back.
Tip
Upload your logo and a pricing guide first. Those are the two files nearly every proposal and email ends up reusing.
Note
Your Library holds files up to 25 MB, but email can only carry 10 MB per file — mail providers reject anything bigger. Pick an over-sized file in the email composer and it shows up greyed out with the reason why, instead of just failing to send. Share a file that large from the client's portal instead.
Deleting an asset
Deleting removes a file from your Library — it stops showing up in the picker and in search. It does not touch anything you've already sent: a proposal, contract, or email that already used the file keeps showing it exactly as your client saw it. Nothing breaks on the other end.
