The emails Gliss sends for you

What your clients get in their inbox, what you get in yours, and how to change the words or turn your own emails off.

Updated October 16, 2026

Gliss sends two kinds of email, and they look different on purpose.

What your clients get

Every client email carries your brand: your tile and name at the top, your colour on the one button, Warmly, your brand name at the end, and your own footer. Gliss's name is never on it. The wording is yours to change: open Settings, then Templates, and edit any email that sends itself (inquiry confirmation, booking confirmed, booking rescheduled, booking canceled, download ready, payment past due, and more).

When a payment is past its due date, your client gets one email of its own, Your payment is past due, with the amount, the original due date and a Pay now button. It is never folded into a day's other reminders.

What you get

Gliss writes to you in its own voice, so you can tell it apart from your client mail:

  • Daily brief, at 7am: your moves for the day and today's meetings.
  • Payment received, when a client pays by card.
  • New inquiry, when someone sends you an inquiry, on top of the bell.

Open Settings, then Reminders, and look under Your emails. The daily brief and the new inquiry alert each have a switch, and the switches are yours alone. The same switch is behind the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of those emails: open it, then click Turn it off.

If you turn off the daily brief for everyone in Settings, then AI, nobody on your team gets it.
