Read your Reports

See what you collected and booked, where leads come from, and why you lost work, then export it.

Updated October 15, 2026

Reports turns your projects and payments into a few plain charts, so you can see how the business is doing without building a spreadsheet.

Choose a range

At the top right, pick 3 months, 12 months, or Year to date. Every card on the page follows it, and the line under the title shows the range and whether you're looking at all brands or one.

What each card shows

  • Revenue shows what you collected against what you booked, by month, with a change from the period before.
  • Bookings by month shows how many projects you booked each month, plus this month, your best month, and the average booking value.
  • Lead sources shows where your booked inquiries came from, as a share of the total. When clients told you themselves, the card says how many were self-reported.
  • Conversion funnel follows inquiries through to booked. The proposal and book rates appear once you have at least 5 leads.
  • Profitability by session type shows revenue, cost, and margin for each session type. It needs a session type on the project and a paid invoice. Where you haven't set a cost, it says Not set.
  • Speed to lead shows how fast you reply to new inquiries: the median, the share answered within an hour, and the average.
  • Lost analysis shows how many leads you lost and the reasons you recorded.
  • Referral leaderboard shows who sends you work. Click a name to open that client.
  • Per-brand split shows what each brand collected, if you run more than one.

See the numbers behind a chart

Each card has a Table link at its bottom edge. Choose it to swap the chart for the same figures in a table, and choose Chart to go back.

Export

Choose Export at the top right to download a CSV of the range you're looking at.

Tip

A card that looks empty usually needs a detail on the project, such as a lead source, a session type, or a reason for losing it. See Record why you lost a project.
