Invite your team

How access works in Gliss today — clients and crew need no account — plus the teammate logins coming in a later update.

Updated June 26, 2026

Most people run Gliss from a single account — and the people you work with usually don't need one of their own. Here's how access works today, and what's coming for multi-person teams.

Clients and crew don't need accounts

Everyone you send to gets a secure link that works without signing up: a client reading and signing a contract, a second shooter uploading their cards, a client approving a cut. There's nothing to invite and no password for them to manage — the link is their way in.

See who's on your account

  1. Open Settings → Team.
  2. You'll see everyone with login access to the workspace. Today, that's you.

Note

Teammate logins — inviting a partner or bookkeeper to sign in with their own role and permissions — are part of a later multi-user update. Until then, if you need a second person added to the account, reach out and we'll help.
