Your pipeline shows every inquiry as a card moving through stages, from new lead to booked. It's how you see what needs a reply and what's close to closing.

Work your pipeline

  1. Open Projects to see every lead grouped by stage (the Board view).
  2. Drag a card to a new stage as the conversation moves forward.
  3. Open a card to see the full history and reply without leaving it.

Pair stages with automations: when a lead moves to "booked," have Gliss send the welcome email and first invoice for you. See How automations work.
