Capture leads from your website
Put a contact form on your own site so inquiries land in Gliss instead of your inbox.
Updated August 4, 2026
Every brand in Gliss has a contact form that's always on. Paste it into your website and an inquiry becomes a lead the moment someone submits it — no copying details out of an email.
The two kinds of form
Contact form — always live, one per brand, nothing to build. Name, email, phone, a date, and what they're planning. This is the one to use if you're replacing an inquiry form from another tool.
Custom forms — build your own questions when the contact form isn't enough: dropdowns, long answers, questions that only appear based on an earlier answer. Find both under Forms.
Put the contact form on your website
- Go to Forms.
- If you run more than one brand, pick the brand at the top right of the Contact form card.
- Choose how it should look:
- Theme — Match my site reads your page's background and picks light or dark to suit. Override it if you'd rather pin one.
- Narrow — a slimmer layout for a sidebar.
- Click Copy embed code.
- Paste it into your website wherever the form should appear — a code block in Squarespace, a Custom HTML block in WordPress, an embed element in Wix.
That's it. The form sizes itself to fit, so you don't have to guess a height, and it sits on your page's own background rather than drawing a white box on a dark site.
Tip
Want to see it first? Preview opens the form on its own page. You can also send that link directly — it works as a standalone page if you'd rather link to it than embed it.
What happens when someone submits
- They get an email confirming their inquiry arrived, so nobody is left wondering whether it went through. You can edit that wording under Settings → Templates → Email.
- A lead appears in your pipeline with their details, their date, and what they wrote.
- You get a notification, and a push on your phone if you use the mobile app.
- If the AI assistant is on, a reply is drafted for you to review — never sent automatically.
Where your leads came from
If someone reaches your contact page from an Instagram link or an ad, the form records the campaign along with the lead — so Reports can show which sources actually turn into bookings. This works automatically with the embed code; nothing to configure.
Build a custom form
- Forms → New form.
- Name it, then add questions with Add question. Drag rows to reorder — that's the order clients see.
- Pick a type per question: short text, long text, a dropdown, or project type (which files the lead under the right kind of work).
- Set which questions are required.
- Flip Published on, then Copy link or Copy embed.
A few things Gliss won't let you publish, because a client would hit a dead end: a dropdown with no options to choose from, a question with no label, or a form missing a name or email field. If a save is blocked, the reason appears at the top of the form.
Troubleshooting
The form doesn't appear on my site. Most site builders strip <script> tags from ordinary text blocks — make sure you pasted into a code or custom-HTML block. If your site adds async to the tag, remove it.
It looks light on my dark site. Set Theme to Always dark and copy the code again.
Test submissions are cluttering my pipeline. They're ordinary leads — archive them from Clients like any other.
